“ This is a spot my wife and I used to frequent all the time when we just wanted some really nice quick Indian food. (B). ”
“ I wasn't to eat meat the day of my travel. I got in after 8PM and didn't want to drive anywhere as it was foggy and they don't believe in street lights over there. I looked up DoorDash and saw this place and wanted to try it. Con: I did not know which type of vegetables were in the vegetable biryani. Also, no utensils write given so I got creative and used the condiment lid for the mint and cilantro chutney to eat but not too long I was not enjoying my meal because I didn't have a spoon or fork to eat. I was in my hotel room alone but I refused to use my hands to eat rice. I didn't even finish half. The samosas on the other hand were yummy. The potatoes, peas, and lentils were predominantly filled and fried to perfection; not oily or greasy. It came w/ 3 sauces (mint and cilantro, yogurt based, and tamarind). Pretty solid Indian food. ”
“ Exactly what I wanted!! So so good, I just wish there was more. I got the butter chicken, palak panneer, garlic naan, and rice! Got it to go and the service was super nice and on time. Will definitely go again! ”
“ Food was tasty; came quickly when we ordered take out. BUT it would be nice if they labeled the containers. We received 4 containers of similar color and had to taste to figure out what was what. ”
“ Not a bad lunch option! I hadn't been here in a while so was surprised to see they no longer offer buffets. However their lunch specials seem like a good deal with a nice little tasting of different dishes. I opted for the chicken chettinad and it was very delicious though not at all spicy which I requested. I also had the garlic naan and that was pretty delicious. The restaurant was mostly empty so it was pretty quiet but nice for a "private" lunch group moment. Service was pretty quick and while not the most attentive no complaints from me! ”
“ We needed to grab a quick bite before a show. This place looked relatively empty on a Saturday night and we had never been there before so we decided to give it a try. It's nothing special to look at inside, but the menu had a lot to choose from. We started with a Samosa appetizer and it was very good. We each got something different for our entries - chicken biryani, house special chicken curry...and another chicken dish that I can't recall the name of. All of them were quite good. The service was a little slow, but I'm pretty forgiving of that these days. I'm no expert on Indian food, but this definitely seems liked a solid choice. ”
“ I was solo for dinner the other night so I decided to order delivery from Taste of India and I had a great experience. I didn't veer too far from my usual, Butter Chicken with garlic naan and an order of the raita. The chicken was nice and juicy from simmering in the sauce. The rice was the right consistency and the naan was also very good. The perfect thing to sop up all that extra sauce. Delivery prices were a little higher than if I ordered directly from them (not their fault, it's the nature of delivery platforms) so next time I'll do carryout and pick up myself to get more bang for my buck. It's worth it here! ”
